Target Groups
The continuing education program is designed for
a) Those who work or will work professionally with photographic images, in the context of activities in museums, archives, or research and educational institutions, and who wish to acquire a theoretical, historical, and professional methodological knowledge of photography.
b) Those who aim to engage with photographic image media beyond the field of cultural studies and who seek training in theoretical and visual approaches to analyzing photographs. Target groups include individuals in professions (e.g., in the natural sciences and medicine) who depend on in-depth knowledge of the medium in their daily work to acquire knowledge.
Admission Requirements
The prerequisite for participation is a university degree at bachelor’s or master’s level or an equivalent qualification. Persons with several years of professional experience may be admitted.
